**Job Title: Maintenance Technician**

**Job Description**

Seeking a 3rd shift maintenance technician for a CNC & aluminum extrusion facility. You'll be responsible for all aspects of plant maintenance including PMs, reactive maintenance, and any facility maintenance that comes up. You can expect to work on CNC machinery, extrusion machinery, brake presses, lasers, and some powder coating machines. PMs include basic greasing of bearings, tightening of bolts, etc. You'll be responsible for fixing all aspects of the extrusion machines including 480v 3-phase motors, servos, AC/DC motors, hydraulics, pneumatics, some small level conveyors, extruders, VFDs, and gear boxes. All machines are operated on PLCs. PLC troubleshooting, new machine installation, or other project-type work is a plus. In a typical day, you'll participate in a Passover meeting. More often than not, you will be spending your day doing reactive maintenance and making sure production is kept running. Shift: 11pm-7am OR 10pm-6am *Sun-Thurs OR Mon-Sat (flexibility in specific hours/days) *Will train on traditional day shift! OR Night Swing: 6pm-6am (based on candidate preferences).

**Work Site**

This is a fully on-site position in Elkhart, Indiana.

**Work Environment**

Industrial manufacturing environment. Will train on traditional day shift with the intentions of switching to a 6pm-6am 2-2-3 schedule. Can expect to work major PM programs 2X a year (typically July and December). Need to wear jeans and steel toes.
