Maintenance Technician

**Job Title: Maintenance Technician**

**Job Description**

We are looking for a dedicated Maintenance Technician. You will be responsible for installing, inspecting, adjusting, and repairing all equipment in our aluminum cast house. Our facility processes scrap aluminum, separates it into different alloys, melts it down, and extrudes the molten material to produce aluminum billets/logs. You will ensure all safety standards are met and respond quickly to equipment failures. The equipment includes furnaces, extruders, robotics, saws, palletizers, and yard equipment like haulers, skid loaders, and forklifts.

**Job Type**

This is a permanent position.

**Work Site**

This is a fully on-site position in Bluffton, Indiana.

**Work Environment**

This is a hot and somewhat dirty environment. Openings are available for the night shift (7pm - 7am) with a $1.00 shift premium. The work schedule follows a 2-2-3 pattern.
