- Perform preventative maintenance/repairs on electrical, plumbing, drywall, heating, AC, tile, carpet, flooring, roofing, fireplaces, ceiling fixtures, interior and exterior lights, smoke alarms, appliances, pool, and security system.
- Practice within safety protocols and regulations.
- Answer residents' repair calls promptly.

Qualifications
Required
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver's License
