Responsibilities

  • Prepares grant applications including conducting research regarding supporting demographic, general history, and project specific information; compiles such information into the applicable narrative documents for submittal to the appropriate funding agency.
  • Responsible for coordination with multiple offices and assistance in meeting deadlines and deliverables associated with grant application deliverables.
  • Prepare training materials and provide training for project personnel in support of grant writing projects.
  • Assists with the identification and coordination of clients, including attending general marketing meetings, and provides support in the preparation of company qualifications submittals.
  • Prepare Community Involvement Plans, Project Work Plans, Progress Reports and other documents as required by funding agencies in support of project implementation tasks.
  • Attend and present at community meetings to promote awareness in support of grants and projects.
  • Develop social media announcements (constant contact, LinkedIn, publications).
  • Assists with Conference planning and presentations, and attends conferences as needed.
  • Provide support as requested on environmental projects as assigned.
  • Follow safety rules, guidelines and standards for all projects. Participate in pre-task planning. Report any safety issues or concerns to management.
  • Maintain quality standards on all projects.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 3 years' related experience
  • Skills in MS products such as Word, Excel and Power Point strongly preferred
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable violation history

**Job Description:**

**General Responsibilities:**

**This position will support Terracon's brownfields program and identify funding sources to support other projects throughout the country.**
