- Knowledge of carpentry, dry-wall, painting, plumbing, electrical, etc.
- Basic computer skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Must possess own basic hand tools.
- After hours availability in the event of an emergency.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders.
- Willingness and ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check.

We are looking to hire a self-motivated and dependable Maintenance Technician to join our team in the Mt. Washington, KY area. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the daily maintenance needs of the property and units . Qualified candidates will have previous apartment or property maintenance and carpentry skills .
Job Type : Full-Time ( 40 hours per week).
Work Schedule : 8 : 0 0 AM- 4 : 3 0 PM (Monday-Friday).
Compensation : $ 22 .00 per hour, plus monthly cell phone reimbursement .
Sign-on bonus of $500!
Qualifications/Requirements:
+ Solid experience in pr operty or apartment maintenance.
+ K n owledge of carpentry, dry-wall, painting, plumbing, electric al , etc.
+ Basic computer skills.
+ Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
+ Must possess own basic hand tools.
