Superintendent

This is a great opportunity to work with a rapidly growing Construction company in the Massachusetts area!

Description:

- Implement SOPs to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.

- Oversee and document day to day job site activities, managing teams in alignment with project plans.

- Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to promote a collaborative and high performance environment.

- Facilitate strong collaboration through communication with the Project Management team.

- Identify and address challenges and collaborate for effective solutions.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven history as a lead Construction Superintendent in Multi-Family, Healthcare, and/or Commercial projects.

- Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Commitment to delivering successful projects on time and within budget.

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or any related field preferred

- 3+ years experience working in a superintendent role

- Use MS Projects and Procore is highly preferred
