Role: Delmock Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to support our Federal Client, the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) in enhancing security and efficiency in their IT systems and meeting their overall mission to provide efficient, cost effective and reliable computing services for all IRS business entities and taxpayers. Responsibilities: Develops code, scripts, and playbooks for Infrastructure as Code (IaC), DevSecOps, GitLab, OpenShift Container Platform (OCP), Terraform, and VMware vRealize Automation (vRA). Provides support for setting up and maintaining IaC, DevSecOps, GitLab, OCP, Terraform, and vRA. Assists with the setup and maintenance of Blue/Green deployment configuration. Aids with the setup and maintenance of Terraform Enterprise running on OpenShift Container Platform. Develops and administers container application deployments on Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform. Develops and deploys Linux container images with Podman. Works closely with development and operations teams to ensure security is integrated Implements best practices for securing code, such as static code analysis, dynamic analysis, and vulnerability scanning. Develops and maintains playbooks for incident response and handling security incidents. Ensures the environment meets compliance requirements (like GDPR, HIPAA) and maintains security policies. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field. 4 years of experience writing code, scripts, and playbooks in a DevSecOps environment. Experience with Infrastructure as Code. Experience with the following tools and software: Linux. Terraform Command Line Interface (CLI). Terraform Enterprise or Terraform Cloud. Git CLI. GitLab or GitHub. GitLab CI, Jenkins, or comparable CI/CD tooling. OpenShift Container Platform Administration and Development. Podman or Docker. Preferred/Nice to Have Skills: PostgreSQL. Redis. AWS. Ansible. Clearance: Active IRS MBI (Minimum Background Investigation) Clearance.
