- Follow Lock/Tag/Try process when working on the machine.
- Maintain, rebuild, and repair all sewing heads; cutters, feeders, tables, etc.
- Do all repair work possible in department, and record parts used and time to complete.
- Keep spare parts inventory current.
- Keep Sewing and Pinch machines running at maximum speed, while maintaining quality.
- Assist Sewing and Pinch Machine Operators as needed.
- Keep all daily, weekly, and monthly reports updated and neat.
- Assist in training.
- Learn and use the Factory Tracking System.
- Responsible for the quality of bags produced.
- Responsible for quality checks.
- Responsible for safety, quality, productivity and waste management.
- Work in other areas as instructed by the Supervisor or Lead Person.
- Work overtime as needed.
