Custodian/Facility Maintenance Technician

Description

Ginsberg's Foods in Hudson, NY is looking to hire a full-time Custodian/Facility Maintenance Technician!

Weekly Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6am - 2:30pm

Compensation: $18 - $22 an hour with the opportunity to earn annual performance-based raises and eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.

You must be able to comfortably lift up to 80lbs for this position as you will frequently be lifting, standing and bending throughout the shift.

A Few Essential Job Requirements:

+ Maintain the facility's cleanliness according to a predetermined schedule.

+ Assists the Maintenance Mechanic with corrective, preventive, and emergency maintenance tasks.

+ Performs facility repairs, including carpentry, painting, minor electrical repair, and wall/floor repairs.

+ Performs routine warehouse floor maintenance, including sweeping, mopping, and operating powered floor scrubbers/sweeper.
