- Maintain cleanliness of Food and Beverage areas.
- Organize and prepare supplies for efficient delivery.
- Restock necessary supplies at end of shift.
Qualifications
Required
- Must be at least 18 years (21 where applicable).
- Must have the ability to take direction and effectively perform the work.
- Must follow all rules and regulations of local health authority & ServeSafe guidelines.
- Must be able to perform other related duties as assigned.
- Must have pleasant personality and neat appearance.
- Must speak and understand English well enough to converse with customers, supervisors, and employees.
- Must have Carving and Sêt à la minute experience.
- Must be a member in good standing of the local Union.
- Must be able to continuously walk, stand, push, and/or carry for the duration of the shift.
- Must be able to lift, carry and push according to industry standards.

Venue Summary
The Dayton Convention Center (DCC) is the region's premier mid-sized event facility conveniently situated right in the heart of downtown Dayton. Located within a 600-mile radius of close to 70% of the nation's population and steps from the vibrant Oregon Entertainment District, the 150,000 sq. ft. DCC offers 77,000 sq. ft of column-free exhibition space and 22 meeting rooms including a 750 seat, full stage theater. Managed by ASM Global and owned and developed by the Montgomery County Convention Facilities Authority, the DCC is in the process of completing a major renovation to its facility that will serve to reinforce its status as the venue of choice for the region.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Banquets:
+ Must be able to set-up, and break-down banquet location as required.
+ Must be able to deliver, and present food to clients in a professional and efficient manner.
+ Must be able to provide quality service to sit-down banquets.
