The Materials Support Representative serves the kitchen department at Mom's Meals, identifying, scanning, and moving kitchen ingredients from storage to the kitchen. Responsibilities
- Review daily schedule and pick lists to identify, scan and move all kitchen ingredients from dry, refrigerated, and frozen storage space to the kitchen department
- Interact with Kitchen personnel to retrieve items needed
- Review comps & sub-comps and look of the food to ensure proper items have been pulled as many items look alike
- Monitor usage and ensure the department always has the ingredients ready for production
- Run pallet inverter as necessary to remove wooden pallets from food and replace with plastic pallets. If pallet inverter is down, this task will be done by hand stacking
- Follow GMP's and food safety rules including maneuvering through the kitchen in a way which does not cause cross-contamination

+ Visual perception to perform job including peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
+ Able to perform repetitive movements
+ Able to work in variable temperatures (cold/hot)
