  • Mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical diagnostic experience
  • Knowledge of mechanical and operational theories common to general shop practices
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Customer service experience

Preferred

  • Outdoor Power Equipment/Power Tool Industry experience
  • EETC certifications

**The Job:**

As a **Mechanical Service Representative** , you'll be part of our Dealer Service team working as a Remote Hybrid. You'll get to:
