As an Operations Analyst at Randstad US, you will play a crucial role in supporting a leading global footwear and retail company by analyzing and summarizing data portfolios, identifying opportunities to improve current processes, and making recommendations for future direction. Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Business related discipline or 2 additional years' experience in lieu of degree
  • Proficient in Excel (formulas, macros, linking, data mining)
  • Proficient in SQL
  • Data mining and analyses

  • Consumer good Product creation experience
  • Team player / Collaborative across diverse stakeholders

As our FW Operations Analyst, you will be a key player in helping a leading global footwear & retail company meet transformational initiative goals. You'll analyze and summarize portfolios of data as well as identify opportunities to improve current processes and make recommendations to business partners for future direction against key strategies. You will establish methodologies and criteria for analysis and suggested actions. You will further collaborate with business partners to create roadmaps, manage tactical plans and track KPI's. Additionally you will work with cross-functional stakeholders to drive change, and ensure follow through on the execution of plans. You'll also ensure consistency, documentation, and standardization across our landscape when appropriate. Some or all of the following will be relevant for your day to day:
