Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1-2 years' experience in project and/or change management

  • Proficiency with MS Office applications

Description

The Transformation Project Manager will play a key role within Enterprise Data & Analytics organization supporting the Data & Analytics Transformation Office in the delivery of an enterprise-wide program - Transforming Data & Analytics (TDA). The Project Manager will be responsible for activities related to supporting program milestones, dependencies, and blockers across the various workstreams across the bank. The Project Manager will additionally provide communication on project updates and progress and support presentation materials to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

+ Project management: coordinate updates across workstreams to ensure that weekly status reporting is on time and comprehensive

+ Manage project dependencies and coordinate with program stakeholders

+ Documentation and organization of key project artifacts including the management of the overall project plan and implementation and tracking within Jira

+ Prepare documents for weekly workstream meetings and senior leader meetings

+ Help with creation and refinement of presentations to convey updates to senior leadership team

+ Collaborate with Data & Analytics Transformation Office on all project management best practices and support the team to comply with specified program governance

+ Decision management governance and tracking

+ Support Change Management activities & communications to assist colleagues impacted by change. Act as a change champion for the transformation

Qualification

+ Bachelor's degree; 1- 2 years' experience in project and/or change management

+ Possesses a results-oriented mentality and is highly effective at coordination, execution, and follow-up focused on the critical priorities to drive positive results

+ Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills including the ability to influence and develop trusting relationships with business leaders and cross-functional teams across multiple levels of the organization

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills informed by excellent listening, influencing and perception skills

+ Ability to clearly articulate message to a variety of audiences and stakeholders

+ Proficiency with MS Office applications required; Atlassian applications a plus (Jira, Confluence)

+ Comfort handling ambiguity and managing multiple assignments as priorities dictate

+ External and/or internal consulting type experience preferred

+ Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases; agile experience a plus
