Required

  • Associate's Degree from an approved program for Physical Therapist Assistants
  • Current Texas State Licensure (PTA)
  • American Heart Association CPR/BLS certification
  • Graduates eligible for licensure will be considered

**Overview**

**Physical Therapist Assistant**

As our Physical Therapist Assistant, now part of CommonSpirit Health formed between Catholic Health Initiatives (CHI) and Dignity Health, you'll help assist our therapist in providiing servicers to help patients improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities.

**Position Summary**

Performs components of physical therapy procedures and related tasks selected by a supervising physical therapist; assist physical therapists in providing services that help improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities of patients suffering from injuries or disease.

**The schedule is Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with alternating weekends and major holidays.**
