Responsibilities

  • Work with product leadership to co-create a product vision and strategy aligned with the overall business objectives

  • Lead the creation of the product roadmap and delivery plan
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats
  • Partner with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, pricing, support and services to ensure products are successfully launched to market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to understand their needs and translate them into actionable product requirements
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement
  • Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation within the product team

Qualifications

Required

  • 8 to 10+ years of product management experience in SaaS applications within an Agile environment
  • 5+ years of people management experience
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products
  • 3 days per week in the office is required

Preferred

  • Experience with HCM products
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to inform decision-making
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Are you a visionary product leader with a proven track record of driving transformative change?

We're seeking a seasoned people manager to lead a high performing team of passionate product mangers in a Director capacity. You will play a pivotal role in defining the vision, strategy and execution plan of our market-leading HCM products, impacting the lives of millions of employees worldwide.

As a Director of Product, you will collaborate closely with the product executive leadership team to create a compelling vision and strategy for your products and an execution plan that delivers exceptional value to our customers. You will help develop the product roadmap, focused on innovation and customer centricity. By leveraging data-driven insights and a deep understanding of customer needs, competition, and market trends, you will work with cross-functional teams to deliver successful product launches that exceed expectations.

**Pay Transparency for Colorado, New York, Washington and California**

The pay range for this position in Colorado, New York, Washington and California is $XX to $XX (or $XX), however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
