The **HARBORVIEW MEDICAL CENTER INPATIENT PHARMACY DEPARTMENT** is looking for an outstanding **PHARMACY TECHNICIAN 2 - CHEMO TECHNICIAN** to join our Inpatient Pharmacy team!

**WORK SCHEDULE**
- 40 hours per week
- Rotating/Variable Shift

**PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:**
- Perform all duties of a Pharmacy Technician I.
- Check medications filled by other pharmacy technicians from Pyxis refill sheets for the entire hospital.
- Assist Pharmacy staff with prioritization of assigned tasks.
- Assist with the development and implementation of workflow improvements.
- Maintain knowledge and competency with narcotic vault procedures, processing, and documentation.
- Perform routine controlled substance inventories in all areas where controlled substances are stocked in the inpatient pharmacy as assigned.
- Billing duties as assigned.

**REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:**
Six months of experience as a Pharmacy Technician 1 OR equivalent education/experience.

**LEGAL REQUIREMENT:** State of Washington Pharmacy Technician certification.
