Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute paid media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok, and other digital channels.
  • Optimize campaigns for customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value (LTV).
  • Develop A/B testing frameworks for ad creatives, targeting, and landing pages to improve performance.
  • Track and report on campaign KPIs (ROAS, CAC, CTR, etc.), providing insights and data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive growth marketing strategies to drive traffic, sales, and customer retention across multiple channels.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between marketing campaigns and overall brand strategy.
  • Create and optimize marketing funnels across paid media, email, and SMS to improve conversion rates and boost sales.
  • Oversee the Shopify store to ensure campaigns and promotions are properly integrated with the eCommerce experience.
  • Collaborate with the product and web development teams to optimize the customer experience, including product page enhancements and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Drive customer acquisition through paid channels, influencer partnerships, email marketing, and affiliate programs.
  • Implement retention strategies such as loyalty programs, personalized email flows, and post-purchase communications to boost customer lifetime value.
  • Monitor and analyze data from marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights to continuously improve performance.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, and Facebook Ads Manager to measure success and identify growth opportunities.
  • Help build and lead a growth marketing team including media buyers, content creators, and analysts.
  • Provide mentorship and training to junior team members once hired.

Qualifications

Required

  • 3-5+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital marketing for a DTC brand, preferably with hands-on Shopify experience.
  • Strong experience in media buying across digital platforms (Facebook, Google, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) with a proven track record of driving customer acquisition and increasing ROAS.
  • Deep understanding of performance marketing metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, etc.) and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in Shopify, Google Analytics, and marketing tools such as Klaviyo, Hotjar, or similar.
  • Experience with email marketing, SMS campaigns, and retention strategies.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to execute A/B testing and optimize ad creatives for various audiences.
  • Highly organized with excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and wear multiple hats.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.

We are seeking a motivated and versatile Growth Marketing Manager to lead our customer acquisition and retention efforts. You will start by managing media buying until we build out the marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Media Buying & Campaign Execution
