  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and successful product launches.
  • Identify and analyze manufacturing process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Implement solutions to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and streamline operations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes and achieve operational excellence.
  • Establish and maintain key performance indicators to monitor and evaluate manufacturing performance, identify trends, and drive corrective actions.
  • Manage and execute process validation activities, including process capability studies, equipment qualifications, and validation protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and quality management systems.
  • Collaborate with the procurement team to evaluate and select suppliers/vendors for manufacturing equipment, tools, and technologies.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements and trends in manufacturing engineering, automation, and industry best practices. Apply knowledge to enhance operations and drive innovation.
  • Establish and monitor preventive maintenance program and equipment upgrades to achieve efficiency and uptime goals.
  • Establish risk management tools to include Process Flow Diagrams, Process Failure Mode and Effect matrix.
  • Personnel functions include performance evaluations, hiring, staffing, promotions, termination, and salary decisions

Qualifications

Required

  • Minimum 5 years' experience
  • Multiple engineering disciplines or master's degree education
  • Technical project management skills

The Manufacturing Engineering Senior Manager is responsible for managing a team of electrical and mechanical engineers and documentation control personnel in support of Manufacturing Operations. This team also collaborates closely with the R&D Engineering team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Managerial:
  • Lead and manage the manufacturing engineering team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to team members.
