- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to address and resolve critical delivery challenges.
- Implement strategies to prevent recurring issues and improve overall project delivery.
- Identify, develop, and implement process improvements related to solution architecture and design to enhance the quality and efficiency of delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine and optimize delivery methodologies and best practices.
- Ensure adherence to architectural standards and guidelines across all projects.
- Achieve and maintain a billable utilization target of 60% for yourself and guide your team to meet their utilization targets.
- Monitor and report on utilization metrics, making adjustments to maximize productivity.
- Balance project delivery responsibilities with strategic initiatives to support business growth
Qualifications
Required
- 8+ years of experience in Salesforce consulting, with a strong background in solution architecture and delivery management.
- Proven experience in leading and managing a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a track record of managing and resolving project escalations.
- Expertise in process improvement methodologies related to solution architecture and design.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Preferred
- Salesforce Application Architect certification
