  • Licensed Administrator.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Assisted Living & Memory Care senior housing management.
  • Must live in the area or be willing to relocate.
  • Bachelor's degree appreciated but not required.

Preferred

  • RN or LPN

As the Executive Director, you will be responsible for maintaining the day-to-day operations of our community, leading our team members to provide high-quality care, and ensuring the satisfaction of our residents and their families. You will have a hand in creating a work environment that is both nurturing and growth-oriented, where each team member is committed to upholding our company's values.

  • Provide support to team members as needed and ensure that they are receiving the training and resources necessary to excel in their roles.
  • Foster a close-knit and welcoming community for residents and their families, with a focus on personalized care and support.
  • Oversee and monitor the financial performance of the community, working to ensure long-term profitability.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies and licensing bodies, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • Licensed Administrator.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Assisted Living & Memory Care senior housing management position.
  • RN or LPN a plus.
  • Must live in the area or be willing to relocate.
  • Bachelor's degree appreciated but not required.
  • A deep understanding of the senior housing industry, including knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with staff, residents, families, and the wider community.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team spread across several departments.
  • A commitment to providing the highest quality of care for our residents, and the ability to deliver on that commitment.
  • Experience working with budgets and financial statements.
