Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Medical Receptionist to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for patients, managing the check-in process and collecting copayments. You will confirm patient information, call late arrivals, and assist with rescheduling or canceling appointments as needed. Additionally, you will handle administrative tasks such as receiving packages, checking the mail, and keeping the front desk area organized. You will work closely with the administrative team to ensure that daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Compensation:
  • $17.00 - $20.00/hr
  • Bilingual pay differential for those who qualify
Work Schedule:
  • Monday - Thursday, 8 AM - 6 PM; Friday, 8 AM - 12 PM
  • No weekends or travel required
