As a Marketing Automation Specialist at Allstate Identity Protection, you will be responsible for optimizing the effectiveness of our marketing automation platform and enhancing the overall experience of our subscribers. Qualifications

Required

  • High School Diploma and 3+ years of professional experience in marketing automation.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms with Acoustic.
  • Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization.
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce
  • Knowledge of data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
  • Knowledge of email compliance regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
  • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email template creation.
  • Experience with segmentation and audience targeting.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Understanding of lead scoring and nurturing processes.
  • Ability to provide training and support to team members.

About AIP:
  • We are Allstate Identity Protection (formerly, InfoArmor), a wholly owned subsidiary of Allstate since 2019. We are a technology and services company that has led the digital Identity Protection and Advanced Threat Intelligence pack for 10 plus years.
  • We help nearly 3 million subscribers protect their online personal and financial data through our proactive identity monitoring service that alerts our subscribers at the first sign of fraud and fully restores their identity.

Compensation:
  • The offered annual salary range for this role will be up to $85000 (the range mentioned below the description encompasses this and other related job profiles under Allstate)
  • This role is eligible for performance bonus up to 10% of annual salary and other standard benefits

Scope of Work:
  • Reporting to the Senior Manager, CRM, your primary responsibility will be to optimize the effectiveness of our marketing automation platform and enhance the overall experience of our subscribers.
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and project managers, you will play a crucial role in executing programmatic and operational initiatives through the marketing automation platform.

Work Environment: Except for our Customer Care roles which necessitates onsite work, most other roles are remote. AIP is a remote-first company; however, our roles are open to in-office or flex work if you live in a city with a physical office location

Employees will have to operate a laptop computer (PC or Mac available), computer software platforms, and other office productivity machinery, as necessary.
