Salary range from $52,000 to $78,000

Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Supervise and direct assembly activities in a manufacturing environment
  • Manage a culturally diverse workforce
  • Train and evaluate new and promoted employees, ensuring proper training in safe machine operation.
  • Implement disciplinary actions as per company policies.
  • Monitor quality and productivity, maintaining compliance with policies and regulations.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

  • Significant amount of time is spent on factory floor. Personal protective safety equipment must be worn, and proper safety precautions must be observed while in manufacturing locations.

  • Potential physical demands include, but are not limited to walking, standing, sitting, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Potential sensory demands include but are not limited to hearing and seeing.
