Qualifications
Required
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Equipment Repair Technician or similar role, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of various types of restaurant equipment, including ovens, grills, refrigerators, freezers, dishwashers, and HVAC systems.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing electrical, mechanical, and plumbing issues.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with restaurant staff and management.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment (up to 60 pounds) safely.
- Comfortable working in confined spaces and at heights (using ladders or scaffolding) as needed.
- Ability to stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods.
