Qualifications

Required

  • 2+ years experience working in healthcare as Front Office and/or Medical Records
  • Knowledge of radiologic procedures and standards (a plus)
  • Highly skilled in maintaining strong relations with providers and patients
  • Customer service background and focus
  • Experience working with HMO, PPO, Medicare, and Medi-cal
  • Knowledge of CPT and ICD-10 Codes
  • Must possess good oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with staff, physicians and patients
  • Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, work well under pressure

Preferred

  • Bilingual in Spanish or Korean

Hello Candidate! We are looking for an experienced Front desk Representative who is professional, respectful, and able to multi-task. As we need to be ready for patients to come in we need to be punctual, detail oriented, and responsible. Our Front Desk also handles Pre-registration, insurance and doctor's order verification detail oriented is important.
