- Plan, execute, and optimize direct marketing campaigns by engaging with local consumers and decision makers on a daily basis
- Thoroughly explain the multitude of benefits associated with the telecommunications program and answer questions with professionalism, ease and confidence
- Generate leads through business referral opportunities and nurture them to convert prospects into program participants
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance consumer satisfaction and retention, loyalty and advocacy
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance and key metrics to the marketing team and management
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and customer support to align marketing efforts with business goals
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in direct marketing, preferably in the renewable energy or sustainability industry
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for giving back and working as part of a team that values philanthropic efforts
