Qualifications

Required

  • Minimum of 3 years people management experience
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Access, and SQL
  • Ability to work on-site in Haysville, KS
  • High school diploma or GED

Preferred

  • OSHA or Forklift certification

POSITION OVERVIEW
This role reports to the Director of Operations and is responsible for leading a team of 2 to 3 Manufacturing Leads, who oversee 12-18 direct labor employees. The Supervisor oversees all activities related to production, personnel, and workflow of products.
