Requirements

You Might Be the Perfect Fit if You:
  • Are at least 18 years old, hold a High School Diploma or its equivalent, are able to pass a background check, and have at least three years of teaching experience in a licensed child center. Education in Early Childhood Education or a related field is a big plus!
  • Have strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of fostering trust with children and parents, and providing excellent customer service.
  • Are proficient in educating, training, and understanding children's developmental needs with patience and empathy.
  • Possess effective time management and multitasking abilities, and are adaptable to the changing needs and physical demands of working with children.
