Responsibilities

  • Responsible for creating internal sample orders for products & services.
  • Responsible for VTAM tool tagging and invoicing process.
  • Responsible for AR tracking and collection.
  • Responsible for tracking B-contract updates and for timely internal price adjustment.
  • Maintains customer contracts for accuracy to agreed parameters and communicates relevant data internally.
  • Creation and circulation of I.O. for the purpose of organizational awareness (price changes etc.).
  • Support prototype pricing and internal ordering.
  • Volume Planning: transferring planning hypothesis on P/N level in planning tool.
  • Volume Verification/Alignment: Credibility of CF volume, alignment with logistic department of the plants.
  • Reporting/Analysis: Standard and ad-hoc reporting of price changes, volumes.

Qualifications

Required

  • 2+ year sales or planning experience.
  • Knowledge of steering products and systems.
  • Skilled with MSOffice Suite applications.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
