  • Manage current accounts - Stay in close contact with existing accounts or leads and create brand awareness, and educational opportunities, and request referrals.
  • Coordinate in-person meetings and calls between new clients and Account Executives.
  • Answer questions from customers, identify the issue, and make suggestions for future or new products or services.

Qualifications

Required

  • Degree in Communications, Sales, or Business Administration is preferred
  • Hands-on experience with multiple customer support and sales techniques (including face-to-face communication)
  • Experience with CRM software (Salesforce training provided)
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics

Infinity Management Group is looking to fill our Customer Support Assistant position. The Customer Support Assistants position prospects sales and qualifying leads for new accounts. The Customer Support Assistants team requires a combination of strong communication skills, product knowledge, customer relationship management, and sales techniques.

The Customer Support Assistant will need to have the passion to want to learn and grow. The Customer Support Assistant will learn to be a true hunter, naturally curious, results-driven, and eager to bring our client's product/services to the TAMPA market.

Customer Support Assistants Position Responsibilities:
