  • Meet and exceed Company In-House Sales goals.
  • Perform all other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications

Required

  • TN Timeshare License is required.
  • Timeshare sales experience is required.
  • 2 years of In-House Sales experience is preferred.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
  • Maintain required VPG and closing %
  • Professional, neat appearance
  • Positive attitude/Team player
  • Proper conduct at all times
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays

Job Summary:

The In-House Sales Executive is responsible for customer servicing, updating, and providing various sales options to Exploria LLC Vacation Club members. The primary duties of the Sales Executive are to discover the Owner's needs & interests and create a want/need to update their membership with Exploria LLC. Conduct a 60-minute presentation with owners and present Club Exploria products in a manner to create a sale.
