Qualifications

  • No prior experience is required; training will be provided
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of clients
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Enthusiastic and positive attitude, with a genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service
  • Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software are advantageous
