Qualifications

Required

  • 7 years+ experience in a leadership role at a community center, school setting, parks and recreation department, fitness center, or athletic department
  • Proven track record of success in managing budgets and achieving financial objectives.
  • Strong understanding of community engagement principles and experience working collaboratively with diverse populations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

We are looking to hire an experienced Managing Director to oversee the day-to-day operations of one of our NYC locations. If you have 7 + years of experience in a leadership role at a community center, school setting, parks and recreation department, fitness center, or athletic department, this may be the next opportunity for you!
