  • Service Titan experience is preferred.
  • An in-depth knowledge and/or experience with HVAC systems is beneficial.
  • Ability to prioritize, set goals, manage multiple tasks, and handle deadlines.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a team mentality to enhance team productivity.
  • Ability to build business through your proven sales skills.
  • Positive energy and enthusiasm to drive sales and company growth.

Baker Brothers Plumbing, Air & Electric is currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our HVAC team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day. Our Inside Sales Reps are tasked with building a rapport with our customers, following up on leads left by our HVAC sales team, collaborating with the managers and technicians on closing processes, making product recommendations, and identifying sales opportunities. We are looking for someone who has experience with in-home HVAC sales or have held a similar Inside Sales role with a residential HVAC company. You will be a vital addition to our team by helping drive the HVAC Sales department's revenue by your proven sales skills and follow-through!
