DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?You're a vital part of our patients' health and wellness journeys, providing great customer service and supporting them as they progress with their care plans. With a warm and helpful demeanor, you assist our patients during their visits, collect payments, and schedule financial payment plans. Skillfully using our electronic health record (EHR) system, you manage appointment scheduling and confirmations as well as update patient records.
You help patients complete required paperwork and answer any questions, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment. During difficult situations, you maintain a positive attitude and resolve problems professionally. You also lead daily team huddles, reviewing our goals and motivating staff to provide the best patient care possible!
Here's what we need from our Front Desk Associate:
- Associate's degree or higher
- Demonstrated ability to interact with patients professionally and respectfully
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with the ability to lead team discussions and huddles
Preferred Qualifications- Experience in a healthcare setting or customer service role
- Proficiency with EHR systems
- Empathetic demeanor and a commitment to patient care
- Flexible problem-solving skills
