Shift: Nights, 7p-7:30a, 12x3, 36 hrs per week
Length: 12 weeks
Requirements:
- PA License
- 1-2 years Acute Care Experience in Cardiac/ PCU
- Progressive/step down experience
- Phlebotomy, IV starts, cardiac rhythm interpretation, drips (such as amiodarone, Cardizem, heparin, insulin), chest tube management, epidural/PCA management, fall prevention, pressure injury prevention, Telemetry, Post Cath/EP procedures, low level drips, nitro, milrinone, dobutamine.
- Graduate of accredited Nursing program

- AHA ACLS
- AHA NIHSS
- NRP preferred
- PALS preferred
- EPIC
- Travelers are required to float to multiple units
- Nurses are required to interpret telemetry.
- Do not submit anyone who lives less than 50 miles radius
- Requires a full Hep B series (3 doses) or positive Hep B antibody documentation
