The Nursing Manager at Banner Personnel Service, Inc. is responsible for planning and managing the school health program in collaboration with medical authorities and school leaders.   • Train, coach, and develop nurses individually and as a team.
  • Participate in the recruitment, hiring, and evaluation process of nursing and other health related staff.
  • Oversee health based 504's, IEP's and health plans and meet compliance requirements related to these plans.

Required

  • Must have a current School Nurse certification in compliance with State/District Requirements (for IL a PEL with a School Nurse Endorsement)
  • A minimum of 3 years recent experience as a school nurse with demonstrated leadership
