The Civil Engineer III at Strata Clean Energy is responsible for the management of analysis, development, and permitting of ground mount utility scale solar farms. This role involves coordinating and supervising civil, environmental, and survey services by consultants, managing project schedules and budgets, and ensuring compliance with all applicable AHJ requirements.   • Direct Civil Designers and Engineers to prepare and revise site/civil plans and calculations
  • Prepare revisions and responses to AHJ comments

Qualifications

Required

  • BS in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited university
  • Registered Professional Engineer
  • Minimum eight (8) years relevant work experience
  • Proficient with AutoCAD Civil 3D

Preferred

  • Experience with design of PV projects

    Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:


    • BS in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited university
    • Registered Professional Engineer
    • Minimum eight (8) years relevant work experience
    • Proficient with AutoCAD Civil 3D
    • Experience with design of PV projects (desired)
    • Comfortable presenting to and interacting with consultants, authorities with jurisdiction, and regulatory agencies
    • Ability to obtain out-of-state PE license(s)
