  • 3 years of experience in human resource strategy, including retention, turnover, employee engagement, employee development and employee product knowledge training
  • Previous experience overseeing performance management, benefits and compensation
  • Must be able to travel 50% of the time

Preferred

  • 3 years of multi-unit human resource management experience
  • 2 years employee relations experience
  • Human resources certification

Full Job Description

As the Human Resources Market Senior Manager, you’ll drive profitability in your district by managing employee career journeys, talent building, succession planning and compensation and benefits. You’ll act as a strategic business partner by providing leadership on company-wide initiatives, complex employee relations matters, recruitment, employee coaching, corrective action and company policy.

This person must live in Denver, CO, Las Vegas, NV or Utah. There will be travel at least one week out of the month.
