Responsibilities
- Ensures that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times
- Operates tractor trailer units and other vehicles
- Adheres to weights and ensures proper utilization of the units
- Ensures proper loading and unloading of hazardous waste/non-hazardous waste
- Properly secures the loads
- Placards vehicle in accordance to Company and Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements/regulations
- Maintains daily logs, time sheets, expense reports, dispatch and trip reports as well as vehicle inspection reports
Qualifications
Required
- Willing to travel away from home 12-14 days at a time
- Class A CDL Required
- HAZMAT and Tanker endorsements Required
- 12+ months of Class A driving experience Required

Clean Harbors Mason, MI location is looking for a OTR Class A Dry Van Driver to join their safety conscious team! Our Class A Drivers are responsible for running a route from Mason, MI to El Dorado, AR, running 2500-3000 miles a week. This position requires traveling away from home 12-14 days at a time; compensation includes hourly wages and CPM.
Average annual driver salary: $110K.
