  • Lead operations development builds on-site at suppliers. Responsible for successful mass production ramp up

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelors/Masters in Engineering
  • Ability to travel up to 20%
  • 3+ years of experience in high volume manufacturing, process engineering, or product development

  • Proactive, Results oriented, and high attention to detail while running several work streams
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to present complicated information in simple terms across organization
  • Use data driven decisions and be willing to take action
  • Technical expertise and prior OEM management experience

Operations Program Manager (OPM) launches products on time, with high quality and maximum customer availability. OPMs are pivotal to the dynamic development and launch of Apple’s products. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $122,300 and $184,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
