Full Job Description
Type: Full-Time
Shift: 12:00 PM - 10:30 PM, Monday through Friday (1 day off, likely Wednesday)
Daily Caseload: 50 patients

Schedule Notes:
- No floating required within the facility or to sister facilities.
- Weekend shifts may be requested occasionally based on availability.
- RTO (Request Time Off) should ideally not exceed 5 days.
- Pending state licenses are accepted.
Special Requirements:
- MN Fingerprints required as a compliance item before starting onsite.
- Must be willing to work days/evenings and occasionally overnight shifts if necessary.
