Full Job Description

Type: Full-Time
Shift: 12:00 PM - 10:30 PM, Monday through Friday (1 day off, likely Wednesday)
Daily Caseload: 50 patients

Schedule Notes:
  • No floating required within the facility or to sister facilities.
  • Weekend shifts may be requested occasionally based on availability.
  • RTO (Request Time Off) should ideally not exceed 5 days.
  • Pending state licenses are accepted.

Special Requirements:
  • MN Fingerprints required as a compliance item before starting onsite.
  • Must be willing to work days/evenings and occasionally overnight shifts if necessary.
