Required

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product solution consultancy and/or customer advocacy.
  • Proven experience and success in customer engagement and strategic solution development within a Product organization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep understanding of product portfolio management.

**The Role**

We are looking for a visionary leader who will join our team as the Director Product Solution Consultancy who serves as the bridge between Lumen's customers and our product team. This highly visible and outward-facing position requires a blend of customer advocacy, consultative expertise, and architectural leadership to drive product clarity and facilitate sales. This role will work very closely with ecosystem partners in the Accelerated Growth Team (AGT) organization at Lumen which includes Sales, Global Partnerships, and more.

**The Main Responsibilities**

**What We Look For in a Candidate**

+ Bachelor's degree or higher in Business or a related field.

+ 5+ years of experience in product solution consultancy and/or customer advocacy.

+ Proven experience and success in customer engagement and strategic solution development within a Product organization.

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and ecosystem teams within Lumen.

+ Deep understanding of product portfolio management and the ability to act as a subject matter expert.

+ Commitment to unbiased customer advocacy and the ability to build trust without the influence of sales incentives.

**Compensation**

The starting salary for this role differs based on the employee's primary work location. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range, though compensation depends on each individual's qualifications.

**$128310 - $171080** in these states: AR, ID, KY, LA, ME, MS, NE, SC, and SD.

**$135060 - $180080** in these states: AZ, AL, FL, GA, IN, IA, KS, MO, MT, NM, ND, OH, OK, PA, TN, UT, VT, WV, WI, and WY.

**$141820 - $189090** in these states: CO, HI, MI, MN, NV, NH, NC, OR, and RI.

**$148570 - $198090** in these states: AK, CA, CT, DE, DC, IL, MD, MA, NJ, NY, TX, VA, and WA.

As with the pay range variety that's based on the region of a country, specific offers are determined by various factors such as experience, education, skills, certifications and other business needs.

This position is eligible for either short-term incentives or sales compensation. Director and VP positions also are eligible for long-term incentive.
