  • Determines customer names for received equipment and accessories and tags equipment
  • Tags all received accessories with date received, customer name, model, and serial number before storing in the proper area
  • Labels internal ID numbers on equipment as directed
  • Keeps the various equipment areas organized by type of equipment

  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication
  • Must be punctual with good attendance
  • Ability to multitask in a fast pace environment
  • Possess strong organizational skills and ability
  • Valid driver license with good driving record
  • Must be able to repetitively stoop, bend, push, pull, squat, climb and kneel on a regular basis
  • Must be able to operate power machinery, use hand tools, steam cleaner
  • Must be physically able to repetitively lift 75 pounds unaided (must ask for assistance if lifting over 50 pounds)
  • Must be physically able to operate / drive, a company delivery vehicle, forklifts and other allied equipment
  • Must have the ability to use navigation system to reach customer or vendor locations
  • Must be physically able to communicate effectively and interact with other company associates regarding department needs
  • Must be able to read, write, and follow directions

SUMMARY

As the Warehouse Coordinator you will be responsible for a broad variety of duties related to warehouse and transportation functions in addition to ensuring that the shop is organized that there is accuracy in the processing of incoming and outgoing shipments. The position is ultimately responsible for all shipping and receiving at the designated branch.

Responsibilities:

General Shop Duties

+ Moving forklifts and allied equipment at the beginning and end of each day to allow full access in the shop
