Responsibilities

  • Exercises judgment and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques to deliver functional and technical solutions on non-routine and very complex aspects of applications and technology installations.
  • Provides direction and mentoring to project teams, and effectively influences customer leadership on key decisions.
  • Supports the business development efforts by pursuing new opportunities and extensions.
  • Collaborates with the consulting sales team by providing domain expertise.
  • Resolves complex customer issues by recommending and implementing solutions.
  • Demonstrates expertise in multiple business processes across two or more product families or ability to architect and design technology solutions encompassing multiple products.
  • Implementation experience of Banking and/or Banking Analytics experience to provide SME inputs and work closely with client's Finance and Treasury teams.
  • Domain knowledge on Finance Performance Management (ALM, PFT, FTP, Cash Flows etc), Accounting, GL Reconciliation, Management Reporting & Analytics etc.
  • Experience in Requirements Analysis, Solution Design, Test Cases development, Solution Validation & User Training.
  • Interact with Functional and Technical Consultants to ensure the successful deployment of the OFSAA Products.
  • Manage the process of integrating OFSAA solutions with their operational environment (FAH, GL, Planning & Budgeting).
  • Strong customer interaction skills and the ability to assess a Customer's processes and strategies.
  • Experience working in Agile project environment and cloud based implementation.

Qualifications

Required

As a recognized authority and leading contributor within their practice, this senior-level consulting position provides consistent high quality and innovative solution leadership to a project team. Leads the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget.

Strong functional resource with experience implementing OFSAA EPM or Profitability Balance Sheet Management Cloud Services (PBSMCS) solutions for Financial Institutions . Subject MatterExpertise on Banking, Finance and Treasury is required. Good understanding of Funds Transfer Pricing, Cash Flows, Management Accounting, RAROC, and financial statements. Domain knowledge on two or more of the following: OFSAA PFT (Profitability), FTP (Funds Transfer Pricing), ALM (Asset Liability Management), BSP (Balance Sheet Planning & Management), OFSAA GL Recon Customize, if needed, existing user interface to meet client's requirements. Interact with Functional and Technical Consultants to ensure the successful deployment of the OFSAA Products. In addition, must be able to manage the process of integrating OFSAA solutions with their operational environment (FAH, GL, Planning & Budgeting). Strong customer interaction skills and the ability to assess a Customer's processes and strategies. Experience working in Agile project environment and cloud based implementation experience will be handy. Support all phases of solution deployment, user acceptance testing and go-live.

US: Hiring Range: from $88,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
