OCT Consulting, LLC is seeking a Program Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for the contractor on all matters related to the performance of the task order.   • Conduct quarterly Contract Management & Performance Reviews (CMPRs) and present program status, risks, mitigation strategies, and other key information
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, work breakdown structures, and other project management artifacts
  • Ensure compliance with relevant Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), policies, and guidelines

Qualifications

Required

  • Minimum of 3 years of project management experience with 7+ years of experience in Acquisition Programs
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) or equivalent
  • Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundations certification
  • Certification in measurable process improvement and/or continuous improvement methodology (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Six Sigma, Total Quality Management, or equivalent)
  • Must be able to obtain and retain a Public Trust Clearance

Preferred

  • Expert level experience in developing government acquisition strategies, acquisition artifacts, and actionable acquisition packages leading to solicitation, contracting, and procurement of systems, services, and products
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage high value multiple Acquisition programs simultaneously
  • Experience in one or a combination of the following fields: accounting, business, finance, law, contracts, purchasing, economics, industrial management, marketing, quantitative methods, or organization and management principles

OCT Consulting, LLC is an SBA-certified, 8(a) small business management and technology consulting firm that provides support to Federal Government clients. We provide consulting services in the areas of Strategy, Process Improvement, Change Management, Program and Project Management, Acquisition/Procurement, and Information Technology.

OCT is currently looking for a Program Manager. This position is contingent upon contract award.
