We are seeking a Physical Therapist to work PRN at our Lakeside Generations rehab department located in Dassel, MN. The position and location is eligible for:
+ Competitive base pay rate at $55 per hour
+ Discounted Internal CE opportunities
+ Eligibility for a paid Medbridge subscription

+ Excellent support from our clinical team
+ Flexible scheduling, holidays not required but extra holiday shifts for double time pay are available
Requirements:
+ Graduate of an approved School of Therapy
+ Current license/registration in the State of MN
+ Experience working within a SNF environment is a plus

+ Ability to work effectively with clients
+ Ability to work cooperatively with others
+ Ability to work independently
