**Maintenance Technician Opportunity**

**Job Title:** Multi-Craft Industrial Maintenance Technician - WILL PROVIDE RELOCATION IF NEEDED****

**Location:** Monroe, NC

**Pay Rate:** $80,000/year plus quarterly bonuses

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled and experienced Multi-Craft Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial equipment and systems to ensure optimal production efficiency and safety.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on a variety of industrial equipment, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

+ Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and breakdowns, implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime.

+ Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of machinery to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.

+ Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify and resolve maintenance issues.

+ Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment logs, and inventory management.

+ Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment and systems.

+ Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, promoting a safe working environment.

**Qualifications:**

+ Proficiency in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

+ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

+ Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.

+ Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

+ Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
