Job Overview:
The Patient Care Technician functions under the direct supervision of a professional nurse. He/she performs specific duties and is considered an integral part of the nursing team. He/she will assist the nurse in gathering information and making observations regarding the patient s condition.
Qualifications:
Required:
+ High School Diploma
+ BLS Certification through American Heart Association only
+ Enrolled in a Nursing Program, current EMT certification, Medical Assistant Certified, Phlebotomist Certified, EKG tech or equivalent
Certifications and Licenses:
+ BLS certification through American Heart Association
Scheduling Requirements:
+ Evenings
+ Every other weekend required, schedule during the week will vary depending on department needs
+ 2 Week Mandatory Orientation
+ Part-Time (20 hrs)

Pay Range:
$21.00 to $27.00 Hourly Rate
